Saturday's and Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes

Thanks to the delightful Miss Margaret Martin and her incredible recipe seeking skills, I decided to whip up a batch of Irish Car Bomb cupcakes last month.  They were AMAZING: chocolate Guinness cupcakes filled with a whisky ganche and topped with Bailey's homemade icing.  It took about three hours and I managed to coat the counters (and my hair) with flour but it was absolutely worth it.
